Each of us brought years of experience in high-profile leadership roles—shaping policy, transforming schools, and guiding teams toward innovative solutions. Despite being separated by geography, we were united by a single, powerful belief: that meaningful change starts with collaboration, equity, and a focus on the future.

Our paths first crossed while working for a national consulting firm. We were tasked with tackling complex challenges in public education, from reimagining strategic plans to building systems that drive measurable outcomes. In those moments—whether brainstorming in workshops, coaching leaders, or facilitating community engagement—we discovered something extraordinary: a mutual respect for each other’s expertise and a shared commitment to leaving a lasting impact.
